GB 9 Ball Tour
Apologies for the long delay.
A home move, an arm injury and all sorts of things have stopped me playing recently.
But I'm back, and raring to go.
I did eventually get to play Phil Burford (UK no. 14) for a practise game and for a lad of 16 to have that kind of talent is quite scary. It was great to play him, gave me lots of good ideas and plans for how to practise.
I have submitted me application to join the pro tour for 2008 which is played at 6 venues across the country. I will instantly be ranked in the top 96 in the country (lol).
I will have to start practising more, particularly with the tapped rack (tighter where you always get the wing ball in) and can therefore employ a slower break and run the rack, which is something I need to practise and something that will benefit my game greatly. I hope to keep you updated more (internet connection pending at home).
Once I am set up properly I hope that a youtube channel will be set-up with matches filmed and posted on there.
