Is the NHS Cameron's Waterloo

The row over the Government's NHS changes has exploded today, with reports that three Tory Cabinet ministers are now seriously unhappy.

One likened to it to the poll tax, which was seen as destroying Margaret Thatcher. So with that in mind, could Labour MP Grahame Morris' assessment be apposite.

"I think it could be Cameron's poll tax, it could be his Waterloo. His part being Napoleon."

Or maybe it could be Andrew Lansley's?
